To start strong, fall off track, and feel like you're back at square one. To stress over every meal, feel guilty for enjoying your life, and wonder why reaching your goals has to be so hard.

I hit my highest weight when I was 16. Without proper guidance (just the internet and diet-crazed media), I lost more than 50 pounds by eating as little as I could and burning as many calories as I could.That kick-started more than 12 years of yo-yo dieting, searching for one that would finally work and stick.

I tried low-carb. Paleo. Macro counting. Intermittent fasting. Just about every challenge I saw. And sometimes one would work for a while… Until I inevitably fell off of it and any results that came with it went away too.

It was so frustrating because I felt like I knew how I should be eating, but I just couldn't stay consistent. I was constantly starting over, trying to get it right this time, only to find myself back in the same place a few weeks or months later.

But one day I got super honest with myself

I faced the facts that what I was doing wasn't working… The diets, the restrictions, the all-or-nothing cycle, none of it was sustainable.

So I began to heal my relationship with food while getting back to the basics of how to fuel my body properly — in a simple way that allowed me to still enjoy my life and the foods I love. I built a framework that gave my body what it needs to look and feel its best, while also helping me navigate real life with balanced, mindful choices.

Every other approach I tried missed one or the other, but it was the combination of both a healthy relationship with food AND a truly sustainable, non-restrictive approach to nutrition that changed everything.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope! I don't require tracking unless YOU want to. That data can be helpful but I care more about the overall balance within your meals, which I can see from photos alone. When balance is right, calories / macros natrually reach a healthy place without obsessing over them.

  • No. While nutrition is the foundation, I also support you with movement habits, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle factors that impact your results. I have a degree in exercise science and have been teaching movement for years, so I understand how it all works together. I take a whole-person approach because sustainable results require more than just changing what you eat.

  • That's exactly who I work with 🤍 Most of my clients have tried multiple diets, meal plans, and programs... The difference is we're not doing another unsustainable or cookie-cutter approach — we're building habits that fit with your needs and lifestyle, so you can actually maintain them (and your results).

  • Many of my clients do lose weight — but keep in mind the scale isn't always the best measure of your body changing. Some clients see the number drop, while others don't lose much weight but go down clothing sizes, see more definition, have more energy, and feel incredible. If you're building muscle, the scale might not budge much even as your body transforms.

    What I care about most is how you feel in your body, how your clothes fit, and your relationship with food, not just a number.

  • No, and here's why: I want to teach you how to build balanced meals and make confident choices on your own, not just follow a plan someone else wrote for you. When you understand the framework (how to balance your meals + find satisfaction), you have the freedom to eat any food or recipe you want, whether you're cooking at home, dining out, or traveling. My goal is to give you the tools so you're never dependent on a meal plan — you know how to approach any situation with balance and feel good about your choices.

  • Absolutely. Whether you have food allergies, intolerances, or just really hate certain foods, we'll work with what works for you. If you're vegetarian, I'm happy to support you and help you balance your diet, though I want to be upfront that the app has some vegetarian recipes but not a ton. If you're fully vegan, my recipe library won't be as helpful, but I can still teach you the framework for building balanced meals with your preferences.

  • My goal is for you to NOT need me forever. By the end of our time together, you should feel confident making food choices, building balanced meals, and maintaining your habits on your own. Some clients extend if they want continued support, but it's not required.
