Absolutely. Whether you have food allergies, intolerances, or just really hate certain foods—we'll work with what works for you. If you're vegetarian, I'm happy to support you and help you balance your diet, though I want to be upfront that the app has some vegetarian recipes but not a ton. If you're fully vegan, my recipe library won't be as helpful, but I can still teach you the framework for building balanced meals with your preferences.
