From September 11–14, we’ll gather in a stunning A-frame cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains—surrounded by forest, fresh air, and space to breathe. This retreat is your invitation to reconnect: with nature, with yourself, and with a community of women who value both stillness and strength.
Through daily movement, mindfulness, nourishing meals, and shared experiences, you'll find the perfect balance of invigoration and deep rest—and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed.

Our home for the weekend is a breathtaking A-frame cabin tucked into the peaceful mountains of Old Fort, NC. With its spacious, open-concept design and sweeping views, it’s the perfect place to disconnect and unwind.
We’ll flow through yoga on the deck overlooking the mountains, soak in the hot tub under the stars, and gather for nourishing meals in a warm, welcoming space. Just a short 10–15 minute drive brings you to the nearby towns of Old Fort and Black Mountain—full of charming shops, cozy cafés, and local hikes that invite exploration.
